I realize this is 8 years late but do you know where to find this book for purchase? I could only find the Japanese edition on Amazon and eBay.

I liked the video because of the public service of showing us the artbook. But I can't leave without saying a few things about this edition: its the worse quality that I ever see in a english fromsotware artbook... seriously... the dust cover its cheap, easy to torn, slippery and unless you buy it directly from the shelf, you book will arrive on your house like a origami... do yourselves a favor and pick the japanese one

David Day's books are utter garbage. His books are filled with made-up nonsense. The man is trying to scratch a living from Tolkien's legacy by publishing this tripe. He's even been banned from Tolkien Society events.
